The Campeonato de Portugal (Portuguese for "Championship of Portugal") is the fourth level of the Portuguese football league system. Together with the third-tier Liga 3, it is organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF).

The Campeonato de Portugal was introduced in 2013 as the new third-level championship, under the name Campeonato Nacional de Seniores (Seniors National Championship), replacing the Segunda Divisão and Terceira Divisão (former third and fourth divisions, respectively). On 22 October 2015, it adopted its current naming. With the creation of the Liga 3 as the new third division from the 2021–22 season, the Campeonato de Portugal was demoted one level.

The Portugal Campeonato Nacional, also known as the Primeira Liga, is the premier professional football league in Portugal. Established in 1934, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious football competitions in the country. The tournament features the top Portuguese clubs competing annually for the national title, with teams such as FC Porto, SL Benfica, and Sporting CP traditionally dominating the league. Known for its passionate fan base, talented players, and competitive matches, the Campeonato Nacional serves as a vital platform for showcasing Portuguese football talent and determining the country's best team each season. The league also plays a significant role in qualifying teams for European competitions like the UEFA Champions League and Europa League.
